Welcome to Saudi HR ("we", "us", or "our service"), an AI-powered HR assistant platform specializing in Saudi Arabia's Labor Law and HR practices.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- User: Any individual, legal entity, or company representative accessing or using the Saudi HR platform.
- Services: All features and tools provided by Saudi HR, including AI chat assistants (General Consultant & Company Consultant), document generation and editing (contracts, letters, spreadsheets), file OCR ingestion, and Saudi Labor Law guidance.
- Platform: The Saudi HR web application and related services accessible via saudihr.ai.
- Generated Content: Documents, contracts, text responses, and data generated by the platform based on user queries or inputs.
2. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Eligibility
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the platform, you express your full agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2.2 Age & Legal Capacity
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service.
- You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that your use of the service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- If using the service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm you possess the necessary authorization and legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. User Accounts & Company Workspaces
3.1 Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information upon registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3.2 Company Workspaces & Invitations
- The platform enables company administrators to create dedicated workspaces and invite team members.
- Company administrators warrant that invited members are authorized to access company data and that uploaded policies/documents are legitimate internal company assets.
- Invitation tokens are securely hashed and stored with strict row-level access controls.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses
4.1 Acceptable Use
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with the AI assistant and generating legal HR documents to ensure their regulatory alignment.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or non-compliant purposes under Saudi laws.
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or reverse engineer the source code of the platform.
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
- Send spam or exploit AI features in ways that disrupt service performance or consume resources maliciously.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service to third parties without prior written authorization.
5. Scope of Service & Legal Disclaimer

Saudi HR is an AI-driven tool designed to assist with HR workflows and provide guidance based on Saudi Labor Law.
The platform is NOT a licensed law firm and does NOT provide binding legal counsel. Information provided should not replace professional legal advice or official decisions from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).
5.1 Content Accuracy & Verification
- While we strive for regulatory precision, users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated contracts, documents, and advice before official adoption or legal execution.
- AI responses rely on retrieval algorithms and data sources and are provided without a guarantee of 100% error-free output.
6. Intellectual Property & License
6.1 Platform Ownership
All intellectual property rights in Saudi HR — including user interfaces, designs, trademarks, source code, AI orchestration workflows, and structured knowledge bases — remain the exclusive property of Saudi HR.
6.2 License to User
We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for internal business and HR purposes.
6.3 User Content & Output Ownership
- Users retain ownership of uploaded documents and generated output files.
- Users grant Saudi HR a limited license to process uploaded data solely to render the requested services (e.g., text extraction, document formatting).
7. Service Availability & Modifications
7.1 Service Continuity
We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations, or immunity from routine system maintenance.
7.2 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Saudi HR, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Users assume total responsibility for all employment decisions, termination procedures, compensation calculations, and disciplinary actions taken based on platform output.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by User
You may discontinue using the platform or request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
9.2 Termination by Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive platform usage without prior notice.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable settlement through direct negotiation in good faith. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States of America.
